As an ex National junior track and field athlete, CrossFit coach and Weightlifting coach, Morgan has been involved with performance sport and performance coaching at a high level for a number of years. Morgan has worked with International American Football athletes, National track and field athletes, rugby players and has implemented club wide strength and conditioning programs for racket sports clubs. Since founding Virtus Athletics, Morgan is now focused on providing a comprehensive coaching and education service in the sport of Olympic weightlifting for athletes of all levels.
