One Step at a Time (My Crossfit Journey)

I have been in gyms on many occasions over the years but have now found something I love to do. I was very overweight and was introduced by my trainer to crossfit. That journey started in March 2014 and because of the benefits I have seen I want to encourage others to try one step at a time.
