- Conditioning Tools – Rowers, bikes, sleds, treadmills.
- Apparel & Footwear – Shoes, grips, belts, sleeves, training gear.
- Nutrition & Recovery – Supplements, snacks, massage tools, wearables.
- Home Gym Essentials – Adjustable dumbbells, benches, flooring, compact rigs.
How We Test
Every product goes through a structured review process, carried out by our testing teams in the US and across Europe, ensuring results reflect diverse athlete experiences and training environments.
- Initial Assessment – Build quality, specifications, and first impressions.
- Field Testing – Used in real training sessions where needed by athletes and coaches.
- Benchmarking – Compared against other products in the same category.
- Scoring – Each product rated across five categories:
– Performance
– Durability
– Design & Usability
– Value for Money
– Community Fit (how relevant and beneficial the product is for functional and competitive athletes) - Final Score – Combined into a percentage that determines the product’s rating.
