R.A.D®, the performance footwear brand known for blending training functionality with skate and surf culture, has announced two HYROX elite athlete signings – 3x HYROX World Champion Lauren Weeks and Elite 15 newcomer, Sinéad Bent – marking the brand’s entry into the HYROX space.
R.A.D® has added the two athletes to its roster the week of the HYROX World Championships, where the two will compete in the Elite 15 race on Thursday to earn the title of HYROX World Champion.
Lauren will be racing in hope to clinch her fourth victory, having won in 2020, 2021 and 2023. The latter of which she reclaimed her title for less than a year after giving birth with an impressive sub-60-minute finish. She became the second ever woman to achieve this and the joint most decorated HYROX athlete of all time.

“Coming from a CrossFit background, much of my training includes workouts that combine plyometrics and weight training. Sinéad, who competed in running pre-HYROX, impressively rose to the top of the sport in under a year, having completed her first HYROX race in May 2024 with just four days’ notice. Only 7 months later, Sinéad made headlines in her second ever race by breaking the world record at HYROX London in the Women’s Open division.
Sinéad once again turned heads in April when she earned a spot in the Elite 15 line up for the 24/25 World Championships at the last chance qualifier race in Barcelona. Her story is one of rapid rise, relentless drive, and pure passion – qualities that perfectly align with R.A.D®’s ethos.
