NEW YORK, USA / LONDON, UK (6th August 2025) – pliability, the human movement brand, today announces the launch of its new HYROX Hub within the pliability app, going live on 31st July 2025. This bespoke content hub marks a significant milestone in the brands ongoing partnership with HYROX, the World Series of Fitness Racing, and will transform how athletes prepare for and recover from HYROX events.
As the Official Stretching Partner of HYROX, pliability has developed a curated series of recovery routines tailored specifically for HYROX athletes. The initial release includes five quick release sections, focusing on the calves, ankles, hips, lower body, shoulders, and knees, with five targeted routines in each section.

The routines are delivered in pliability’s Quick Release format, enabling users to easily access short, effective sessions that target the key muscle groups used in HYROX training. Additional warm-up and recovery content complements both pre- and post-workout needs, helping athletes perform at their peak while reducing the risk of injury.
Leading the launch are pliability and elite HYROX athletes Jake Dearden, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr, and Jake Williamson. pliability plays an instrumental role within their recovery routines, helping them bounce back from injury and stay healthy during their training. They will be featured throughout the app demonstrating the routines, guiding athletes through every session and HYROX season.

Scott Perkins, Founder of pliability, says:
“The launch of the HYROX Hub is a natural evolution of our work with the HYROX community and providing recovery solutions for each and every sporting discipline. These new routines are built around the specific demands of the sport and guided by some of the most respected athletes in the world. Whether you are aiming for your first race or pushing for a podium finish, we are proud to deliver the tools you need to move more human.”
This launch builds on a successful collaboration that began at HYROX New York in May 2025 and highlights pliability’s mission to make world-class recovery tools accessible to every athlete, regardless of experience level. With over 650,000 participants in the 2024/25 HYROX season and a passionate global community growing exponentially, the HYROX Hub provides a vital resource for athletes seeking structured and effective recovery support.
The HYROX Hub will be available exclusively in the pliability app from 1 August 2025, with more content and advanced flows to follow later this year.
