HYROX Atlanta

Another HYROX, another podium for Dylan Scott. This time he takes the top spot.

Dylan Scott has continued his strong HYROX season with a dominant win at the Men’s Pro race in Atlanta. With a time of 55:19 he finished more than 90 seconds ahead of the second placed finisher – Cole Learn

Breaking down his race, his running was very consistent with times typically around the 03:20 mark. At the workout stations Dylan was exceptionally strong throughout the race. He recorded the second fastest times overall in the SkiErg, Sled Pull and Sandbag Lunges, and first overall in the Burpee Broad Jumps, Row and Farmer’s Carry.

If you’re finishing top two in six of the eight workout stations you’re going to get a fast time! Check out these splits:

1000m Ski Erg – 03:51 (2nd)

50m Sled Push – 02:44 (15th)

50m Sled Pull – 03:21 (2nd)

80m Burpee Broad Jump – 02:05 (1st)

1000m Row – 03:47 (1st)

Farmer’s Carry – 01:23 (1st)

100m Sandbag Lunges – 03:04 (2nd)

Wall Balls – 03:50 (7th)

In the Women’s Pro race Katherine Fahsbender took first place in 1:02:55, bouncing back from a disappointing (for her) 1:06:29 finish in Toronto.

Guys stop today was so amazing. 🥹 The energy in the room, the people on the course, I can go on and on! Got to hit the course with my coooool friends 👯‍♀️

After Toronto, I knew that was not the race I was capable of. I made the adjustments I needed and did what was best for me. Today was the strongest race I’ve ever had in Hyrox. From the start, my mindset was there and I stayed in total control. Ladies and gents, we reached the flowwww zone🏃‍♀️

Thank you all so much for the cheering, support, and kind words.

Living out my dream 🩵
