New Zealand’s Beau Wills has kicked off 2026 with the win in the Men’s Pro Race at HYROX St Gallen. Despite a 30-second penalty for an infringement in the Burpee Broad Jumps he still finished more than a minute clear of second-placed Tiziano Pedrocchi.
Check out his splits below:
Run 1 – 3:36
Run 2 – 3:29
Run 3 – 3:45
Run 4 – 3:44
Run 5 – 3:46
Run 6 – 3:45
Run 7 – 3:48
Run 8 – 3:19
Roxzone – 3:30
In the workouts he was top 5 at 7 of the 8 stations:
1000m Ski Erg – 3:49 (4th)
50m Sled Push – 2:58 (2nd)
50m Sled Pull – 3:39 (1st)
80m Burpee Broad Jump – 3:33 (24th)
1000m Row – 4:04 (4th)
Farmer’s Carry – 1:29 (5th)
100m Sandbag Lunges – 2:58 (3rd)
Wall Balls – 3:34 (2nd)
Despite finishing top 10 in the last 10 Majors he’s raced, Beau will not be competing at the upcoming Phoenix Major. Winning in St Gallen does however kick his year off in style and presents a great platform from which to build towards Warsaw, Stockholm and the business end of the HYROX calendar.
