Canada’s Cole Learn followed up his second place at HYROX Atlanta with the win in the Men’s Pro Race.
Running Splits
Cole maintained a strong and consistent pace in the running with Runs two through seven all between 03:34 and 03:44. As we see time and time again, there is very little variance in running times amongst the elite.
Workout Splits
In the workouts he also excelled. Check out his splits below:
1000m Ski Erg – 03:44 (18th)
50m Sled Push – 02:10 (9th)
50m Sled Pull – 02:43 (3rd)
80m Burpee Broad Jump – 02:18 (1st)
