The time is approaching for the 2025 CrossFit games and the excitement is palpable. With the recent announcement and showcase of the uniform, sponsors and fans of the games will be watching to see if the design of the uniform comes across as expected.
The brand sponsoring the clothing this year is Velites. A lot of their own clothing and equipment is very focused on CrossFit or functional fitness. They also have said on their own website that, they are indeed the “first European sponsor“. This is interesting as it gets their brand more publicity in North America, as the games are being held in New York.
From what has been shared so far regarding the uniform, it is clear that, the competitors are given a generous collection of clothing. The apparel contains the CrossFit games 2025 section then the brand name and a noticeable V on the back. The name of the athlete will be printed on their clothing too as well as the current gym they train in.
On the CrossFit Games Instagram, they are posting lots of promotional material for the upcoming games. They’ve even made a post about a pair of yellow ultraviolet wristbands that are free and being given out at the games.
Now the CrossFit Games do have a uniform policy to go along with this. Competitors have to wear the uniform when on the competition floor, during interviews and media interactions. They are getting a special uniform to wear for the after-game celebrations.
