HYROX was in Malaga, Andalusia over the weekend and the Men’s Pro category saw a number of very strong performances, including eleven men who finished in under one hour.
The best time went to Hugo Hugemarq of Sweden who finished in 56:32 and posted elite splits across the whole race. Notable results include completing the 1,000m SkiErg in 03:35, the 50m sled push in 02:27, the 50m sled pull in 03:07, the 1,000m row in 03:52, the 100m sandbag lunges in 02:51 and the wall balls in 03:38.
Second place went to Pablo Sanchez Santos (Spain) who finished in 57:19 with a very fast run total of 27:44.
Gabe Heck (USA) rounded out the top three with a time of 57:57 and earned a Red Bull patch for one hundred unbroken wall balls.
Next up HYROX moves to Washington DC for the annual HYROX Open North American championships and we will be watching closely as world class HYROX athletes gather and will surely set some incredible times.
