Beomseok Hong Grip Strength for HYROX

HYROX Seoul saw 701 finishers in the Men’s Open race with Beomseok Hong finishing first in 58:35.

After winning in New Delhi last year with a time of 1:00:27 this marks the first time Beomseok Hong has broken the 60 minute barrier in a solo race.

Overall this was an incredibly successful weekend for Beomseok Hong. He competed in four races over two days with various wins and Asian records.

His time in the Men’s solo race equals an Asian record.

He also gained an Asian record in the Mixed Doubles with a winning time of 56:51.

In the Doubles Men race he finished second with a time of 52:57 and his team won the Relay with another Asian record of 49:54.
