Pregnant Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr Completes HYROX Melbourne Race in Style

GOAT Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr completed the relay event at HYROX Melbourne earlier today. Commenting on the event, she wrote “That was fun, let’s do it again”.

Prior to the event she qualified for the 2025 HYROX World Championship in the Mixed Doubles division with James Newbury, and in her third HYROX race, she joined forces with another fellow Aussie, Joanna Wietrzyk for the Elite 15 Pro Women’s Doubles division in Houston. The duo crossed the line in first place, with a time of 54:24.

Tia is widely known as the greatest CrossFit athlete of all time, winning the CrossFit Games eight times (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024, and 2025).

She has also competed in the Olympic weightlifting for Australia at the 2016 Rio Olympics, placing 14th in the women’s 58 kg category, and won gold in the 58 kg weightlifting event at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
