The 2024 CrossFit Games will be featured on ESPN platforms for two hours each day of the competition from August 8-11.
CrossFit announced that “all four days of competition will be presented across ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPN+ from Aug. 8-11.”
The entirety of the 2024 CrossFit Games will be broadcast on ESPN+ and each day will also feature an exclusive window of two hours in the United States for streaming on ESPN+ that coincides with the telecasts on ESPN or ESPN2.
Here is the schedule for the ESPN coverage during the 2024 CrossFit Games:
| Date | Time | Channel |
| Thursday (August 8) | 7-9 pm | ESPN2 & ESPN+ |
| Friday (August 9) | 9-11 pm | ESPN2 & ESPN+ |
| Saturday (August 10) | 2-4 pm | ESPN2 & ESPN+ |
| Sunday (August 11) | 4-6 pm | ESPN & ESPN+ |
Note: Eastern time
During those two hours, residents in the United States will only be able to watch the Games via an ESPN platform.
So, typically, fans of the Sport are able to watch a livestream of the CrossFit Games on YouTube, Facebook or Twitch. However, if you are living in the United States during the CrossFit Games, on those particular two-hour windows mentioned on the table above, you will only be able to watch on an ESPN platform – the YouTube/Facebook/Twitch video will be geographically blocked during those 120 minutes.
Fans in the United States will be able to watch, or rewatch, those two-hour windows online only 12 hours after the original broadcast.
“In 2023, ESPN gave CrossFit fans access to the largest ecosystem in sports, providing exciting new ways to enjoy the Games while also inspiring many people to visit a local affiliate for the first time,” said Don Faul, CEO of CrossFit. “The quality and reach of coverage ESPN provides is unparalleled, and we’re thrilled to partner with them to showcase the fittest athletes on Earth once again.”
