Friday morning, athletes need to be ready for a very gruelling chipper. CrossFit 2024 individual event 4 has been revealed and it involves deadlifts, rope climbs, ski erg and GHD sit-ups.
Although no time cap was mentioned, it is likely going to be rounds of 25 minutes with participants taking turns into their heat sheet.
CrossFit 2024 Individual Event 4 Revealed
Individual event 4 was revealed through Dave Castro’s Instagram account – which we already said is bad for business and counterproductive, but here we are again.

- 50 Deadlift (225/155)
- 5 Rope Climb
- 50/30 Cal Ski Erg
- 5 Rope Climb
- 50 GHD Sit-ups

The event is set to start at 10 in the morning inside Dickies Arena. This event is before the scheduled cut, which means that all individual athletes will have to go through it, likely separated into multiple heats, with women and men alternating between them,
In total, athletes will have to do 100 deadlifts, 100 GHD sit-ups, 25 rope climbs and 100 calories on the Ski Erg (women will do 60).
