Tia-Clair Toomey, Jeff Adler, Mitchell Hooper and Inez Carrasquillo Win the 2024 Rogue Invitational

This weekend the 2024 Rogue Invitational took place in Aberdeen, Scotland, and crowned the champions. Tia-Clair Toomey and Jeff Adler won the CrossFit competition while Mitchell Hooper and Inez Carrasquillo won this year’s Strongman and Strongwoman, respectively.

It was a weekend packed with events for lovers of CrossFit and anyone who is interested in seeing unique events testing one’s strengths.

After 8 CrossFit events, Tia-Clair Toomey edged out Laura Horvath and XXX to reclaim her crown – last year she didn’t take part as she just had her firstborn daughter. On the men’s side, Jeff Adler stayed ahead Brent Fikowski and Jayson Hopper, respectively.

Sadly, during event 6, Gabriela Migala and Henrik Haapalainen both injured their foot and had to end their competition earlier.

Strongman and Strongwoman

Last year, the winners of the Rogue Invitational were Laura Horvath and Pat Vellner. Mitchell Hooper was crowned the 2023 Rogue Invitational Strongman champion. Mitchell Hooper maintained his supremacy with Inez Carrasquillo getting her first Rogue Invitational crown.
