HYROX Dublin saw Melanie Maurer and Maarten Enthoven win the Women’s and Men’s Pro races.

Melanie finished in 1:00:38 and her running splits looked like this:

In the workouts she gained a big advantage in the burpee broad jumps with a very fast time of 02:35:

For Maurer this was her second win in a Women’s Pro race after she won in Warsaw in early 2025.

In the Men’s Pro race Maarten Enthoven broke the 55-minute barrier with a 54:58. Maarten competed a few weeks ago in Stuttgart and improved his time by 96 seconds to take the win.

His running splits had a bit more variance than is typical in an elite performance, but obviously still very fast:
